Suzuki GT fuel tap bowl

These are all machined from Alluminium and brass, will try stainless shortly.

Click the images below for full sized pictures most are around 1200 x 900

Suzuki GT750 aluminium fuel tap bowlAll the styles of fuel tap bowls I currently make in polished brass and aluminium, these are made for the Suzuki GT750 GT550 380 JKLMAB models and Kawasaki H2 750 and H1 500, may fit more models but not tested yet.

These will also fit the LMAB models and some owners prefer the deeper bowls on the later models.

Suzuki GT750 aluminium fuel tap bowlThere is a magnet pressed in to the centre of the fuel tap bowl which will attract any metallic particles that enter the bowl from the fuel tank. The particles that are trapped by the magnet are often really fine and would easily pass through the mesh filter.

Suzuki GT750 brass fuel tap bowl Brass fuel tap bowl, this also has the magnet pressed inside.

Suzuki GT750 brass fuel tap bowl Fitted to one of the new style fuel taps, new style being black rather than the silver metal colour, both the brass and aluminium looks nice against the black body.

The one on the right is the original one, not too bad condition considering the age.

Kawasaki H1 H2 fuel tap bowlThe fuel tap bowls also have the magnets in the base like the one I made for the Suzuki GT's

Kawasaki H1 H2 fuel tap bowlThe magnet after it has been pressed in to the recess, the magnets are really brittle so have to machine the recess accurately as can not put any force on the magnet.
